Thanks for stopping by!
After a few years of searching our first adopted child found his way to us in 2019.
We are so thankful!
The time has now come to search for our 2nd child. We look forward to providing the opportunity for our children to have siblings.

We're Justin & Kirsten.Thank you for visiting our site! We are hoping to adopt another baby. We live near Denver, Colorado but are open to adopting from almost anywhere.
If you are pregnant and considering adoption, please feel free to look through our website and contact us at any time. For those that are not pregnant, we are still glad you came to our site. We hope you enjoy it and maybe even learn something about adoption from it. Please enjoy and share our website as you never know how the connection may be made that will connect us with our future child and their parents. |
Us in Pictures
Our life isn't always as adventurous as these pictures make it look (usually it isn't), but we have had opportunities to visit some amazing places.
These days you're most likely to find us on the floor at home or at the park, playing with our adopted son.

Open Adoption
We are hoping to have an open adoption. This means that we hope our child can maintain a healthy relationship with their birthmother and birthfather (the biological parents) if that is what both sides want and it is in the child's best interest. It means that we want our children to know who their birthparents are and be able to understand that both their birth and adoptive parents want what is best for them. We respect the rights of the birthparents to choose to engage how they see fit as long as it is in the child's best interest. The more people who love the child, the better.
Colorado is an agency state. This means all adoptions will involve either a public or private agency regardless of where the baby is from. This is meant to benefit everyone. It helps to ensure the pregnant woman is not being scammed or forced into it. The process helps ensure the child is not being bought by a couple that has money but is not truly ready for a child. Potential adopters like us have to go through training and home studies that look into our home, our finances, our relationship as a couple, and our individual mental state to ensure we are prepared to raise a child. If you are looking for a couple to "adopt my baby" then this should help give you peace of mind. We realize that adopting a baby (and making an adoption plan for a baby) is a huge deal and stressful for everyone involved.
